SCHOOL BUYING RESOURCES

Prepare your school supply requirement.

Use a clear item list to compare specifications, organise department needs and request a quotation for your institution.

Editable requirement templates

Download a plain-text template, open it in any text editor and repeat the item block for each specification. You can also paste it into a document or email. Keep one line or block for each distinct item, size and unit.

Before you send your list

  1. Check that every quantity has a unit, such as pieces, sets or packs.
  2. Identify required specifications and where alternatives are acceptable.
  3. Add the school address, receiving contact, preferred date and access details.
  4. State whether fitting, assembly or separate department packing is needed.

Minimum quantities, product options and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the quotation. A preferred date helps planning and is not a delivery commitment.
